What Your Phone System Maintenance Contract
Covers
Telephone System
This includes the main control box, and the cards that are within
the system. It will also include the internal power supply.
It does not include any
internal batteries or external Power Supplies.
Handsets
This includes the base, the hand piece, the curly cord and the
line cord.
We do not cover the wiring
from the extension points to the system.
All faulty equipment will either be repaired or replaced with the same
equipment.
If equipment is found to be damaged rather than faulty then
the repair or replacement will be chargeable.
We are not liable for any acts of god, ie. Fire, flood
etc.
